The Romanian-born artist Paula P’Cay came to Germany at the age of 3. Already as a small girl one could discover her musical talent and Paula started a 10-year music education. At the age of 15 she wrote her first songs. Three years later Paula went to Berlin to pursue a musical career. The singer and songwriter has been on the world stages since 1991.
During this time she has written more than 260 songs, including the Berlin Christopher Street Day anthem of 2002 “Free Your Mind” and the anthem of the 1999 Love Parade “Music Is The Key”, which could be heard live during the love parade alongside Dr. Motte and DJ Westbam in front of more than 1.5 million people. Her performances in Berlin made Paula P’Cay a recognized and celebrated singer outside of Germany. She has performed at more than 400 concerts worldwide, including many charity events.
Paula was also a co-founder of the Electrocult Association and is both the initiator and chairman of the Humanist Peace Party in Germany, which aims to change the system towards more humanity, justice and peace in our society.
The peace activist has also been performing almost monthly in Russia since 2003. Paula P’Cay also hosts shows on Idealism Prevails, RT Deutsch and HFP. At the Pax Terra Musica peace festival in Germany, the artist interviewed many activists in the “Pax Talks” series. The motto of the soul diva is “SPREAD LOVE – BE HAPPY – ENJOY LIFE – ENJOY MUSIC” and at Human Connection we want to carry her motto into the world!
