Hello friends of the summer! Here’s our weekly donation update: We have reached 61% of our crowdfunding goal to ensure the necessary monthly operating funds. This means that as of now 1,764 amazing sponsors support our network and our development with a monthly recurring donation. We THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your commitment to ensure the basic monthly operating funds to carry Human Connection into the beta version. A big thank you to all one-time donors for their support as well!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: At the moment we cannot invite anyone into the alpha version of Human Connection due to technical issues. However, rest assured that we are working hard to solve this problem as soon as possible AND to make it happen in time for the Pax Terra Musica Peace Festival, which will happen from July 27-29 in Germany. The Human Connection team will be at the festival to connect with all of you amazing changemakers personally – so if you happen to be in Germany, make sure to stop by the music and peace festival for a better world.
Thanks to everyone who has sent feedback with regards to the technical glitches that we’re currently encountering. We recognize how important Human Connection is to you, and our small but dedicated team is working extra hard to solve these issues and get to all of your support requests.
All the more reason everyone should be aware that our vision of a true non-profit social, knowledge and action network needs many supporters to survive and thrive. Since our financial buffer from the previous crowdfunding campaigns is almost exhausted, we now have to rely on a strong and rapid growth of new sponsors to ensure predictability and stability for the development of Human Connection.
So, let’s become 3,000 pioneers who will bring to world the first truly social network that serves all people – instead of the advertisers’ pocket books!
If every monthly donor motivates only one new sponsor to join us, we will soon be more than 3,000! Once we have reached our crowdfunding goal of 3,000 monthly recurring supporters, we can fully focus on the release date for the public beta version of Human Connection, which cannot be predicted at present due to the financial uncertainty.
